Refunds, Returns and Disclaimers

On ALL custom orders, ️Anything under £100 is to be paid in full when ordered. For anything over, 50% deposits are required, it will only be shipped when it is paid in full. Payments can be made through PayPal or via a listing in instalments or when the item is finished, as long as the item is paid before being shipped.

️If a customer chooses to cancel a custom order we have already started we will NOT refund the deposit.

If a customer requests to cancel a non custom order before it is shipped then we can refund 100%.

If it has been shipped, we can't refund until it has been sent back to us and the customer would need to cover return postage.

If the customer is unhappy with a custom order (that doesn’t have any issues and was as described when ordered) then we will advise them to return the product for a 50% refund.

️If a product is faulty due to us (not damage after receiving or during transit) then you can send it back for repair, postage covered, and we can amend and send it back.

If you wish to have a refund instead, we can also accommodate a 100% refund once it has been sent back, again only if the fault is due to us and not the customer or postal service.

️If you choose untracked delivery and your item is lost we are NOT responsible. We will only refund or resend if it is tracked if we have evidence you did not receive the item.

To keep our wait times short we will only take custom orders at certain points - we will list in our Instagram bio (@SunflowerCrochetCreations) if we are taking customs orders or not or we will have specified listings.
